FBC Announcements

12/08/ to 12/15/24

 

- Please continue the prayers for our next Pastor as well as the Pastoral Search Committee.

 

- Next Fellowship & Potluck Luncheon will be SUN, JAN 12.  If you don't wish to eat, please plan to stay a few minutes and fellowship with us!

 

- Sunday, DEC 15 from 11am-4pm, We will have a Children’s Fun Day for Parents Christmas Preparations. Anyone can come at any time. Lunch will be provided at 1pm (Hot dogs and mac’n’cheese). They will be watching a movie “The Star” at 2pm. Please invite to this and spread the word! Any Questions, contact Jennifer at 406-291-2060.

 

-  If you wish to go Christmas Caroling with us on WED, DEC 18, please connect with Denise Gonzalez. Come along and help us make a joyful noise!

 

-  FBC will be having a Christmas Eve Service at 6 PM.  We will need a bunch of cookies!  Please sign up to bring cookies on the sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Hall.

-  Mike will be orchestrating a Ride Share Program for FBC.  This program is intended to help folks who need rides to medical appointments in the Flathead Area to get there easily.  Drivers can be reimbursed by FBC up to $20/trip.  If you would like to volunteer to be a driver, please put your name on the sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Hall.  If you need a ride, please contact Mike.

- First Baptist Church (FBC) offers THREE different Bible Studies for your edification and enjoyment! A Co-ed Combined Class on WED @ 6:30 PM, Women’s Study on TUE @ 3:30 PM, and a Men's Study the 1st & 3rd SAT of the month @ 7:30 AM.  These allow us to share our love, relationship, and connection in Christ as well as educate us to better evangelize and disciple well!          

 

-  For those who have a difficult time hearing the service, FBC wants to test a few personal hearing devices.  The devices will cost $65/ea.  FBC will pay for $45 and order the devices.  If you would like to test a device, we ask you to cover $20 of the cost of the device and FBC will provide the batteries.  The units will be yours to keep and take care of to use on Sunday.  If you are interested in testing these devices, please let Nate know.
